thawing frozen breastmilk??

how can I thaw frozen breastmilk quicker and how long will it last after I thaw it? I have 10 oz my friend gave me that i put in the fridge at 5am this morning but its not gonna thaw fast enough in there..

Run the frozen milk under warm/hot water. Literally thaws within a minute and warms up the milk too!

Run it under warm water. Once thawed, it's good for 24hrs. :)

 Exactly this. It thaws amazingly fast! You need to throw it away 24 hours after you take it out of the freezer if it's not used.
