My son is 10 days old and is non stop breast feeding. He woke up at 12 & its now 530 he has slept at all( not normal for him and breast fed for 90% of that time. He will fall asleep on my breast ill put him down and he will be sleeping for max of 20 mins then fuss and shake his head and root around and & suck his fist. If I pick him up he will quite for a second and start crying until I put him on my breast. I tried swaddling I tried singing I tried rocking him.

WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON?? How do I fix this?

Those growth spurts are brutal lol. My baby has gone through 3 already and she nursed the whole growth spurt away.

Nurse thru it and your body should catch up in 48 hrs if you don't fight it.

Growth spurt.  They happen very often during the first 6 weeks.  Get comfy in bed or on the couch with a couple of bottles of water and a bunch of snacks and enjoy a movie marathon.  Growth spurts = chick flicks and cafemom/facebook all day without the guilt. :)

Yep!
They can last anywhere from a few days to a week.
