I had my youngest on Christmas at 6:36pm weighing 9lbs 2oz and 20 1/2 inches via c-section after trying to Vba3c's but had made it to 9cm and labor had stalled as he was posterior and his fetal heart rate dipped a few times.Labor was not long and I was proud that I made it to 9cm as I had only made it 7cm with my others. We are both well and healthy.I will add pictures in reply as I am on my cell.

I don't recall but is it really neccisary to give the vitamin d drops?I know with my others I did not however my youngest have weak teeth and my oldest her teeth are fine as she was formula fed after 2 months as I was young and dumb.

I never did vitamin d drops with my kids....just indirect sunlight. I think doctors are too cautious and concerned about rickets ands that's why the routinely give it. unless my kids are showing signs of low vitamin d and can prove its an issue than I wont. I believe j read an article years ago on mothering and it mentioned that it can mess with the gut and absorption of vitamins and minerals from breasymilk.

congrats on your Christmas baby!!! ;)

Vit D is only needed if you never go outside basically.  If baby can have direct sunlight on skin for about an huor a week then theres no need.  If you feel that you are not outside enough with baby then give drops but make sure they are NOT formula brand drops.  Carlsons and Just D are awesome brands to look for
