Monday, i had paraguard iud placed. i spotted which they said was normal that i may even get a period. that it should last about a week.

Its 430am on wednesday and i feel loke my supply is really low. baby seems to eat okay and get full but i dont have a "full" feeling like i normally do when ita time for him to eat.

Im still obviously making something. he still has more than enough wet/poopy diapers.

I have been drinking 3 liters of water a day. i cut out all sodas and such. so just water.

Will my supply go back to normal after i get done bleeding?

A little worried and frustrated.

Paragard has no hormones so it is not messing with your supply. Maybe your supply has regulated. Floppy boobs are productive boobs!

With my last baby, my supply never regulated.

This is new.

I agree, too! Full boobs slow down supply, soft boobs keep it flowing.
