Nursing Toddler and Mom's supplements

Posted by   + Show Post

I need some help. I need to take some supplements for some health issues brought on by the stress of my Mom's death and the year leading up to it. My almost 3.5 year old nurses 4X/day. How worried do I need to be? How much is he getting with only 4X/day?

I am having the worst time finding any info because anything out there is for babies who are much younger and nurse many times a day.

I would definitely give the InfantRisk hotline a call since you're only able to to find info for *smaller* babies. ((HUGS)) mama.

Thanks everyone for the condolances. Less stress now but the damage has been done. I have not even had any real time to spend "grieving" my Mom this year as I have been so focussed on my own health.

I was even looking a vitamin "C" with bioflavinoids and finding controversy. Does anyone know about this ...the "with bioflavinoids."

I wish someone would put something out on toddler nursing. I did see in one BF book I have that they are not so worried about it.
