Today's challenge is to take a nap.
For many moms, just being able to lay down for a few minutes is a challenge, but it's important that we take care of ourselves. One way to do that is by enjoying a nap once in awhile. Put the kids down for a nap and you, yourself, lay down, too. Even if you don't fall asleep, just enjoying a couple minutes of laying down is often enough to rejuvinate yourself.
