I got an exemption 2 years ago when my son was 3.

I think that means you don't have to. What state?

I have only been selected once and I told em I stayed home with my soba be he nursed. They said okay.
Even if I didn't nurse I am their care provider during the day and couldn't do it for now.

They screwed me over even though I sent the exempt form. I had to.go see the judge and he still made me "guilty" and didn't care to see my proof. Here in Texas, if you have a child 12 and under, then you are exempt. They sent me a summons a month after my son was born. Now I have to pay a stupid fine and court fees. The system failed me.
