i posted about the claritin, just seen i had some zicam, anyone know if this is ok? i went to lact med but couldnt find anything!

According to kellymom.com, both are safe if not overused. The Pseudoephedrin in ClaritinD can cause a drop in supply if used too often or too long without staying well hydrated.
