i would try Fenugreek if you haven't yet.

it seems to work for me but the only thing is you have to take it 6 times a day.

well the bottle says take 2, three times a day.

but the ladies in this group told me to take 1, six times per day

Add sugar to it, my first few glasses were bad, but now I love it.

Why do you think you need to increase supply?

My second semester is starting the end of the month so I need to start pumping again. But I don't get enough pumping and she is 10 months old so she nurses when she wants so I can't increase nursing.

Take fenugreek capsules/tablets instead. That is the main/active ingredient in the tea. You need to drink more than 3 times a day, more like 5 or 6. Plus, you can't control the dosage as well with a tea like you can with pills.

Google kellymom.com fenugreek for accurate dosing info (not what is on the bottle).

At this age I would not worry too much, just leaver her with what you can pump, solids, and water in a cup. She can make up for any missed nursing when you are together.

At 10 months, you can leave whatever milk you can pump along with solids and water and make up for it with extra nursing when you're home.
You may want to try the capsules instead of the tea. I have heard some can make it taste better with honey and lemon.

Be careful with fenugreek...it can cause diarrhea.
