Starting to introduce juicing into my diet?
My MIL gave me a juicer for Christmas and I am very excited about it. I am looking to start jucing a mixture of fruits and vegetables. Since, I am nursing my 9mo old I will not be doing a juice cleanse, substituting juice for meals, or anything like that. I just want to add it at meals and between meal "snacks." My question is if this would in some way effect my nursling. I don't want to, say, drink too much and shock her system. Anyone have any experience with this? I'm also thinking about giving her some too in a cup. Any advice?
