6 Months In, Now In Pain

About an inch below my nipple hurts. It is a sharp/radiating pain but stays within a 2in area. There is no redness/swelling/bung/warmth. It hurts worse when she nurses that side. I have never experienced this, any ideas?

Wouldn't she have white spots in her mouth?

Well, it's been better the last two hours so far, hopefully it was just a fluke.
