Breastfeeding and flu?

I'm not sure if it is the flu or not, I'm coughing so much that I end up throwing up. Continue to breastfeeding as normal?

Definitely!!! You're making antibodies that you will pass on to the baby to prevent baby from  getting sick or as sick as they would have  without it.

Yup!  I had the flu over Christmas and Lil Chunker didn't even get it.  :)  Now our daughter has graciously shared her cold germs....UGH!  The more you nurse the better!

Thanks ladies, it's not the flu, but definitely a cold. I was coughing so hard that it was making me throw up...so gross. The cough is better today but my nose is stuffed like crazy. Hopefully it goes away soon!
