Try it. If you get clogs, you'll have your answer.

Yup. Has your supply settled in or are you still dealing with engorgement? That might make it worse. I would change into and out of it at the gym to minimize the time, but I used to get crazy engorged and the thought of a tight-fitting bra makes my boobs ache.

Im pretty much settled. We are 9 mos PP. Im doing Zumba at home, i ordered the dvd system online, so I would only be wearing the bra at home for like an hour. I can do anything else in my awesome Bravado, but Zumba just requires alittle more then my other bra can offer, lol.

Well then go for it! The nice thing is that you're home, so you can stop any time and take it off if it's not working.

If you are not prone to plugged ducts, try it. If it then causes issues, stop.

A good friend and fellow IBCLC is a competitive athlete.. triathlons, competitions, etc.. and when lactating, she has been known to wear up to FIVE supportive bras/tanks to eliminate bounce and spare her back, neck, and shoulders.

I wear underarmor sports bras to run and do cardio/spinning/step/etc. I've not had any issues. I'm a 38 DD.
