I've been sick three days...flu.
I have very little milk..as I'm dehydrated.
She keeps nursing from one side to the other...saying " ne ne done" with a perplexed look on her face.
I hope it comes back for her. I can't squeeze a drop out.
She is almost 17 months

It'll come back.   I've "dried up" 3 times and the milk came back each time... just push fluids and eat what you can.

Hydrate yourself! You'll stay sicker longer if you don't! You need to be drinking at least ½ your body lbs in oz a day as a healthy, non-nursing/pregnant person. Add nursing and up the intake, add illness and up it more!
Example: A 120lbs person should drink at least 60oz a day, nursing add some, I'd add 30, sick, I'd add 30 more!

Feel better soon! A nursing vacation will help boost supply in no time at all. No worries there!
