So my left boob hurts really bad like beginning of pregnancy bad (not prego I'm 7 weeks pp and have no had sex) there was a green spot on my nursing pad but my milk isn't green and I had a breast exam yesterday. What could be causing this?

I also have a really bad migraine and feel like I'm dying. I am cold I tried eating and drinking water. I'm ache. The last time I felt this way I ended up in the hospital for 3 days.
Is it still ok to nurse?

UPDATE:
Went to the hospital they gave me fluids and meds for my head ache. My head was not related to my boob. They also gave antibiotics. I already have thrush I asked the pharmacist about the violet stuff he said they would have to special order it but it would be better to get a prescription for something to treat it so I'm gonna call my ob tomorrow. I'm also not suppose to nurse on that side and pump n dump

You could have a clogged duct that has turned into mastitis

Sounds like mastitis to me.  See your doctor asap and above all, keep nursing- you have to get the duct cleared, and the best way to do that is by nursing that side a lot.

Definitely sounds like mastitis. Nurse as much as possible, get on antibiotics asap from the doc, take probiotics to help prevent thrush (antibiotics can cause thrush for you and baby). ((Hugs)) mama!!

This!

Call doc ASAP. Nurse, rest, and extra fluids.

Do I recall you were having issues with oversupply? This is a really common complication of oversupply.

I agree with all of the above. Also try to massage your breast (you might be able to feel where you are clogged) and apply a hot washcloth or stand under the shower while massaging. Good luck!
