I can't get the milk out of my left breast today...I had some success in a hot shower last night, but not since. I tried nursing, pumping, massage, a heating pad...

Seriously, it hurts so much I'm having referred pain in my back and tummy. Any ideas that don't involve a dr visit? (I have a 2 week old and a 16 month old and hubby is working late.)

ETA: I've got a fever of 100+ and the skin on my breast is getting redder by the minute. Looks like a dr visit after all :(

Nurse the baby on that side. A baby can get it out better than anything.

I tried that, and now I'm so full I don't know if he could even latch - he has latching trouble anyhow.

Do you have a pump ? You need to pump enough to get baby to latch. I understand swat your going through hang in there!
