Can't stop vaginal leaking, ugh... (PIOG)

Had a baby a few months ago via c-section. I breast feed and have not gotten my period yet. I keep having vaginal leaking. It is like a clear fluid with a hint of yellow, no smell, and it is not thick. I feel it leak with anything I do, not the typically cough or sneeze leaks either so I don't know exactly what the cause is. I just feel like I constantly pee on myself but its not pee. Any thoughts?

if there is no smell or itching, burning etc. than I would not worry about it. Probably just normal cm (cervical mucus) from hormones. If you are concerned you can talk to your OBGYN.

It could be a bacterial infection. I would call Dr to get it tested. You can have an infection without all the symptoms.
