There have been a few who have tried them and liked them. They said not to lean over while wearing them.
I could have used them when my boys were babies and I was leaking like a faucet.

I think babies r us has them.. in fact i go there tomorrow and if they do i may pick them up lol

I have tried them. They worked well for me, especially during the beginning before my supply regulated on one side (always had OAL on the other side). When the baby nurses on one side, the milkie goes on the other side, held in place by your bra/nursing top, and instead of soaking your nursing pad, clothes, and everything else, the milkie catches it. Provided that you don't lean over and spill it out of the milkie. When the baby switches sides you can choose to dump it, drink it, put it in a bottle. I chose to drink it, since that was easiest and I never lacked milk for my baby. 

If you can't find them in a baby store, they can be bought online. You only need one, unless you want multiples. They're supposed to be washed after each use.
