idk what to do

So between my boobs is really red and VERY painful to the touch. Any ideas of how to make it go away

That sounds like sme kind of rash... is it a skin irritation? Topical cortisone could help.

Have you been exposed to some kind of irritant?

Breast milk and air it out :) maybe some kind of diaper rash ointment.

I get that under my breasts. I use cornstarch after a shower and make sure its 100% dry before dressing.

Breast milk is pretty much a cure all. It's made of magic. Try putting some on it and see where you get by morning.

So it could be just irritation from being wet. Try and keep the area dry. You can use corn starch to soak up moisture. You may want to try a little anti fungal cream (over the counter is fine) and see if that helps.

you may have yeast infection, sounds gross, but i get this red rash under and between sometimes when bfing, i wash with wetwipe after feedings and would use yeast infection cream and cover in lanolin. goes away right off. :)
