So after weaning herself (I don't want to argue this one) at 11-12 months Evelyn has taken to climbing in my lap while twin sister Cecilia nurses and "nursing" she just lays her head against the top of my breast, she puts her lips against me and imitates what sister is doing. At 17 months old I suppose she just doesn't remember how to nurse. I offered my nipple many times and once she bit me haha not hard but just like "is this what I'm supposed to do?" Anyway I think its sweet and healthy and will allow her to get that closeness even if she never learns to latch again. My childless cousin told me how weird it is I'm actually nursing one 17 month old and fake nursing another!! Oh if she only knew lol.

Lol.....too funny! U have had my weaned toddlers, and nonweaned toddlers, cuddle/pretend nurse too....so silly!
