Isabella Faith was born today, 2/13 at 8:26 a.m. weighing 7 pounds 11 ounces and measuring 19.5" She is bigger than my biggest baby before her by OVER a pound!!!
Before she was latched, she already had two poops and one pee! She is 12 hours old now and no longer has meconium, as she has had 8 pees and 8 poops! I wonder if she has lost weight because of it. She latched perfectly the first time and is an amazing nurser. Most of the time she nurses every hour for about 15-20 minutes. :)
She is also the best burper ever, thank goodness. My two previous babies had really immature systems and trapped gas inside so bad!
She is such an alert baby. Even in the OR after the surgery, she awake and just looking around!
I am so in love with her!

Congrats!! She's beautiful! Can't wait for my 2nd little one to get here so we can get to nursing!

Congrats!! She's so cute! Lexi is super alert too, whereas my first dd slept non-stop.
