So I posted in my area about donating milk, there's s girl that's contacted me told me her story etc, she seems to me to be legit by looking on her fb and at pictures andwhat not, I really just don't want to get scammed, I've heard some horror stories...what's the best way to go about this? Do I ask her to help me with milk storage bags? (the cost of them I mean)

I met my recipient before donation for coffee but we are in a long term donation relationship.  And yes, they should pay for them IMO.

Most recipients will cover the cost of bags and/or shipping.  If she is local I would meet with her, make drop offs personal etc.  Scamming is not as common as you might think :)

I've received so many donations, we pretty much used donor milk exclusively from 8 weeks to 20 months.  I always replaced bags, but some mamas refused to let me give them anything.  I usually go to their house since it's easier for them, but I've also met at Walmart to split the driving distance.  I was able to donate once and dropped it off at the sister's house in town so she could take it a few hours away to her neice.

Ok, I would like it to be as long term as possible. As long as I keep producing too much, lol. I felt bad at first about the bags, but I asked her and she says she does that for her donors all the time...even asked what kind I wanted :)

I really was hoping the bad stories were few and far between. She seems really nice though

Meet for an interview and ask her what expenses she is willing to cover.
