Well my baby is 5 months old and she has been getting this rashes. Like every time i change her or when she cryes , and specially when people kiss her. I know when family kisses her its more obvious for her to get rashes , but how about the other reasons. They come out but they dissapear the same day. So what is this?? Is this normal on babies???

some kiddos just have sensitive skin. dd1 is over 3 but when she was a baby if you laid your hand on her torso for a second without fail there would be a red hand print with raised bumps. still now it's easily irritated by touch

so what would it be? i'm a first time mom so i wouldn't know, i took her to the pediatrician and she said it was excema but i haven't really been convinced about it..
