Well, theres a fat burning coffee (b-skinny I believe, could be wrong), and then a few items from Advocare I love (thermo & catalyst)

i really want to do Advocares 10 day cleanse. Its an herbal cleanse, probiotic & fiber mix. You can eat all you want, you just cut out white flour, UN-natural sugars, red meat & dairy for 10 days while using the probiotic, herbal cleanse & fiber.

The only fat burning anything I believe in is exercise...

Boresha is a NO during breastfeeding.

Apparently advocare has a 24-day breastfeeding program... if you're going to do one of them, I guess go with that.

Well that too but I'm looking at other options.

I kinda figured I couldn't push it with Boresha.

I didn't realize Advocare had a breastfeeding option, but I'll look into that. Ty! I don't use them forever, I just need a push and always feel so much better after a cleanse and their other products.
