My son has had a bad cough (he will be 5 months old on friday) since Sunday. We took him to doctor on Friday and he told us to use a nebulizer with some presciption medicine that he gave us to help with the cough well its thursday and he is worse. He coughs soo much to the point where he vomits everything he nursed and has been nursing less the last few days. I dont think he is dehyrdated but Im very concerned. Is there anything I can give him?

How are diapers?

Did the doctor name the illness? Am I reading it correctly? He got sick last Sunday, as in 11 days ago, you took him to the doctor Friday, as in six days ago, and he's still coughing?

6 days ago. He had the flu. Yes, he is still coughing. He still has 6 to 8 wet diapers a day but not super wet like usual.

Fever? I'd take him in again.
