Dd has been ebf since birth (almost a month now) and once my milk came in she had the mustard yellow poops, but today she's been a lil congested, goopy eye and a lil fussy..and now lime green poop alot of it, is that normal?

My son is ebf too and is 3 weeks and sometimes his poop looks more green. I think its normal.

It sounds like it may be a virus. Teething (acidic saliva) can also cause green poop, as well as just taking in fore milk during a feeding could cause it.
Mucousy poop, frothy poop, neon poop.....that occurs often over a period of time is a concern, green poop that shows up here & there isn't a cocern

Our poops always ranged from yellowish to greenish.....all the above could be the culprit. No worries.

Might be the virus. My son's went an unnatural green for a bit and I discovered he wasn't getting enough hind milk.
