Ok I remember reading you can use breast milk as an ear drop for ear infections and you can use it as a saline for the nose.

Has anyone done this? What is your method? DS has a cold and an ear infection. He was prescribed antibiotics but he hes puking up anything no breast milk right now...

You can use an ear dropper, syringe, or just express a few drops into his ear/nose (tilt his head back slightly for the nose) directly from your breast. Also a few drops of warm sweet oil can work wonders for ear infectiions if you're not having success with the breastmilk.
