What is safe to take for allergies? Hitting me hard and early this year and I'm not loving it.

Anything that does not have aspirin in it. Decongestants may cause a drop in supply, but good hydration and frequent nursing will take care of that. Lactmed.com is a good resource for checking out prescription meds.
