I have gotten sick twice and noticed my supply goes down a lot while I am sick. Is this normal? Last time I used fernageek until my supply was back up.

I have had a low grade fever the last few days, battling a cold. And I noticed a dip, the first day, but I've been anal about drinking water since when I'm sick, my appetite is the first to go. But also, I think she getting a tooth- she's been miserable the last few days too, and nursing so great- so it really could be a combo of both for me.

Absolutely normal. It's pretty common to not eat or drink as much when sick and the body responds.

Normal. you get dehydrated when you have a fever, that is the most likely cause for the drop in supply.

FYI you don't need to take the fenugreek, just hydrate and nurse, nurse, nurse and it willl come right back up.
