You want runny/seedy poop in an ebf baby.  Color can run the range, just look out for red, black, etc., and mucous as you know.

how old is ds?  under 6 months, sounds normal for strictly breastfed.

is he strictly breastfed?

if so, relativley normal, and/or returning to normal.

Congratulations, and good job working the dairy/soy out of your diet. To truly get soy out of your diet you need to read labels on ALL of your cereal bars, and be on the look out for MSG look-alikes (I wish I had the list on this computer). Eliminate 'natural flavors' from your diet too.

good luck!

He's 9 weeks old he's almost off elecare (only 4ozs a day) the rest of the time he is nursed. I have cut out all dairy and soy even hidden and I steer clear of natural flavorings and carmel coloring as well ! I've done a complete 360 on my diet and I cook everything I eat at home :) ! His poos were green with mucus and or blood for over 3 weeks .. so this is different poos for us ! The only cereal bars I've allowed myself to have are enjoy life which are top 8 allergen free (which include milk/soy/nut free) ! I read labels like a mad woman ! If I'm in doubt I google it on my phone or don't buy it until I can research it :)
