Okay so when can I expect my period to return? My DD will be 7 months Saturday and I EBF.

Mine is 15 months and still nothing.

It's so different for everyone. I got mine around 15 months post partum. I've known people to get it 2 months pp and people who got it well after 2 years. There's absolutely no way to tell.

What they said, different for every1 got mine at 10 1/2 months pp.

Mine came back after a year, but my son still wasn't weaned at that time.

Anywhere from 4 weeks postpartum to whenever you wean. Lol. It really varies and is one of those things you will not expect. In general it tends to start when baby eats or solids, nurses less frequently, and sleeps through the night.

Mine followed none of that and surprised me at 11 months postpartum.

Different for everyone.
Got mine back with DD at 15 months.
2 months pp with DS now and still nothing. Hopefully I will get another long break!

When it does. **smile** Although it seems to be typical that it comes back when it's least convenient for you.

We've seen moms get their periods at six weeks, six months, one year, two years.. all variations are normal. Consider yourself fertile at all times; we've seen moms be period free for a decade because they kept getting pregnant!

 You are all SO lucky!!!!  I got my period back two months  after DS.  The dr could not believe it.  But then again I have always been very regular.
