I would like a post on formula helping sleep through the night. Also, solids affecting supply and tandem nursing in the future!

I've never heard of any of those until coming on to cafemom. I'm bf my bird baby and just did what felt right at the time.

I hadn't heard even half of those myths. Must be coming from a very pro bf family on my moms side.

Before I knew anything about breastfeeding, I probably would have believed the one about frequent eating.  In just hearing what family and co-workers have said, I would have believed a baby wasn't getting enough if he/she were eating frequently.

I liked this challenge because I think it's important to get the correct information out there for those first time breastfeeders (and their families).
