Power pumping boot camp!

I am challenging myself for the next week to pump 8 x a day and at least once power pumping. trying to up my supply. today is day one....i'm pumping about .5-1oz now each session depending on if i feed rhythm before or after i pump. if he eats before I pump then sometimes its only .25oz

i'll let you girls now how the progress goes :)

I need to build my supply back up. I don't want to have to supplement while I'm at work.

.5-2 ounces from both breasts combined is the average per pumping session. Are you pumping for work/school? Baby only needs 1-1.5 ounces for each hour you're apart.

no baby is on 98% formula right now. he cant physically latch right. i would like to raise my supply and am kaing a freezer stash so i can get a little ahead of him and hopefully give hm more breastmilk and less formula.

Awhh cause my son had a good latch but that changed when my milk came in and we use the nipple shield since he refuses to latch without it
