Nursing on the go...

I have a Baby K'tan carrier... It says you can breast feed using it, well I can say from experience that it may not be the easiest thing, but it is possible! I was walking around Costco with a friend of mine this morning and my son got hungry. I think it was kind of awkward for me, but I don't think anyone even realized he was nursing

Nice! I think that's an aquired skill. I just got my first carrier and I'm still learning to carry the baby in it, let alone nurse lol

1 mom liked this
I had to reach under the wrap from the outside and hold my breast the whole time... I would have suffocated him otherwise! It definitely wasn't easy!

I just loosen the shoulder straps, shimmy baby a bit lower, and sometimes I have to kind of move the waist strap around so she is a bit to one side. When she is done, I hold her back up and close to me, and tighten the shoulder straps. Not sure how old your baby is, but I couldn't really do it until about 3 months. And I've never done it in a wrap.
