Lump in breast

So My son is 4 months old today and I have been breastfeeding him exclusively since he was born.

About 3months ago i had my check up and i thought i had mastitis or something but the dr. said it was just a clogged milk duct so I tried to do what he said to get rid of it...but the only thing that happened was the pain went away but when i check my breast i still have a lump as hard as a rock that just rolls around when i try and push on it. Its like a marble!

I am so frustrated...I have no idea what's wrong because it doesn't hurt or anything but I'm worried and I won't have my new health insurance until may :(

Any idea what it could be???

Are there any free clinics you can go to, so you have it checked out?
I have a lump and the doc said its a fibrous growth he's says they happen from time to time.
But I still think you should try to get it checked out.
Good luck!

I discovered a very small lump at a time we were uninsured and struggling financially. I found a program inside a hospital where they do free or sliding-scale-fee breast exams for the uninsured. My lump is also a fibrous growth. It was very reassuring to have a professional check it out.
