Have you looked on Lactmed?

DS and I have been dealing with the same thing.

Let me tell you, breast milk up the nose works wonders! Also close yourself in the smallest bathroom in your house and make a steam room. Turn only the hot water in the shower on, close the doors and just sit. If you have any vapor steam (the stuff you put in humidifiers) put some of that on a wash cloth under the hot running water.

I did this with DS yesterday and instantly we both started breathing better and my face didn't feel like an elephant was sitting on it.

I've never heard of lactmed, thanks I will check it out!

Last night I used a humidifier with some eucalyptus oil in it and that helped a lot but today I am just a mess!

I've never tried using breastmilk but I will give it a try.
thank again :)

You can take anything over the counter unless it has aspirin. Be sure to stay hydrated to protect your supply.

Mucinex is fine. Get lots of fluid and rest. Hope you feel better soon.. :o)
