Breast pain & body aches?

I know those are symptoms of mastis but I dont feel any lumps or "triangle shaped bulges" as my ob explained it. Every couple weeks my left breast gets super sore along the underside and all of a sudden I feel like I have the flu. I get bad body aches, chills and dead tired. It lasts about 5 hrs then is gone and usually wears off when I completely drain my breast. Ideas? It sucks!!

I been having the same kind of weird pain in my left breast but no flu symptoms. I don't know what it is either.

Could it just be a clogged duct? This has happened to me before. Once it turned into mastitis, once it went away on its own... I just assumed the latter was because of a clogged duct.

You can still have mastitis without feeling any lumps. 99% of the clogged ducts I've gotten, I never felt any lumps!

This. It could be clogged somewhere that you don't feel it.

So what do I do? Just deal with it as it comes?

Yep, that's mastitis.

I don't know what those "triangle shaped bulges" are either, but I've had mastits many times!

Treat it now. You can try taking lecithin to prevent it from recurring.
