Odd breast pain....????

Every now and then my boobs will just sting. Right above the brown area (can't spell lol). Most of the time it's shortly before dd needs to eat. Sometimes a bit sometimes a little. It doesn't feel like engorgement. They don't get that full. Is it normal?

Yay! I've been featured! Lol.

Thanks ladies!

I thought letdown was when the fattier milk came after the thinner milk.

It's when milk drops:) happens several times during a nursing session. Or if your toddler starts whining or the wind blows just right....lol.

I never felt my letdown while actually feeding. I felt it at other times, especially if my son slept a little longer than normal in the first few months.

Yeah probably letdown. I very very rarely feel it when actually feeding, usually more when it's time to feed..

I would guess letdown as well. I would have a sharp pain at first when getting ready to nurse. Has gotten better with time though!
