Nathaniel is 2 months old. He had vaccinations on Thursday including an oral vaccination. Now his poop his mucus-y. Could the vaccinations have messed uo his stomach or something? He was extra fussy Thursday after we got home from the doctor. What can I do for the mucus-y poop?

The oral vax is rotovirus, it's a GI illness and likely the cause of the mucous.  There's nothing you can do for it

Ok. So I just gotta let it ride out. Hopefully it will not last much longer.
