getting enough Calcium

My 5month old son seems sensitive to my dairy consumption (I love my yogurt, cheese, milk). But he seems to spit up more and be gassier if I have very much. What other foods will ensure enough calcium consumption (this is my 4th baby in 7yrs so I'm always concerned about getting enough calcium).

Boom!

Haha sorry, I'm having a goofy night.  Anywho - I found that recently because I'm trying to move away from cows milk.  Who knew there was calcium in that stuff - and I went through it to independently check and yup all has calcium : )

I take calcium chews. I chose to seriously cut down my dairy consumption because I heard lots of milk can cause iron deficiency, which I've had my entire life. Then when I got depo provera I started taking them because my doc told me bone weakening due to low calcium is a common side effect of the shot. I don't know of any foods that are good for it though.

Kale with lemon juice and Parmesan cheese is delicious!
