Ok i feel like an ass. When she was giving me instructions i zoned out because Autumn was crying and so was i. Does anyone know if i have to,massage directly with my finger or can,i use Spiffies baby tooth wipes that doctor gave me? I been using the wipes when massaging but came to my head what if these wipes bad for the wound...

I used a gloved hand to keep it as sterile as possible.  Just swiped my finger under her tongue and around her lip after every feeding for a week.  She hated it but it wasn't because it hurt - I was just bugging her.

Ooh they are.on box it says cleans baby teeth, soothes gums hwhen teething. Grape flavor

Yeah, I would go with gloves rather than those wipes. They might have just been a sample she gives for babies like she would give a toothbrush to a child or adult.
