Baby Soap -- OT

Ok, ladies. I bought Yes to Baby Carrots soap for my 7 week old. It's breaking her out. I tried California Baby with my last & it broke her out, so I don't want to buy it. All three of my girls have sensitive skin.

Have any of you had any luck with other natural brands?

Soap really isn't needed but I use organic coconut oil and give her a good wipe down with it then wait for a few minutes and rinse off.  Shes never had a rash or any problems : )

I rarely use soap. Like once every 2 or 3 weeks. Mostly rinse and go on.

What's the benefit of coconut oil? Does it clean? Moisturize?

I'm afraid I'll have to skip soap. She spits up sometimes, though & it's smelly. Is water going to take that smell away?
