At any time. Some moms notice a drop in production really early in pregnancy, some not until much later. You usually start producing colostrum between 16-20 weeks.

Some moms see a slight change, some moms loose milk all together, & some can nurse all the way through the pregnancy. I think its most common in the 2nd trimester.

I'm around 11 weeks (not quite sure) and I haven't noticed a change yet. From what I've heard it's during the second trimester that it usually changes to colostrum and you start producing less. But it's different for everybody.

I noticed around 12 weeks. Not so much a supply dip but a change. DD looked at me and said no more and from that point on she never asked again. She was 22 months.
