Sooo, what is the tingling pain in my breasts? Whenever Noelle eats on one side, or hubby touches them, or something like that, they always have a painful tingling sensation about 10 seconds afterward. What is this? Ive always thought it is my breasts filling up. And my breastsare letting me know noelle is hungry. Am i right?

1 mom liked this
It's a reflex. It's when the nerves in your breast signal your milk ducts to release your breastmilk. Some women feel it, some never do. Sometimes the sensation goes away over time, sometimes it doesn't. It has no relation to supply so if the feeling diminishes after a month or a few, don't think that means low supply.

Oh letdown! I feel it all the time still, at 5 months.  It doesn't always mean milk will come out but I feel it.  Like said before - it might fade with time.
