Last time I had a baby I could only feed her laying down!

I had a forceful letdown.  This time I want to be able to feed him siting up......any advice?

Reclined nursing is great for overactive letdown. You lean back, with the baby on top of you, mouth over the nipple. Block feeding also helps. Look up overactive letdown/oversupply at kellymom.com for complete information.
