question about weaning off sns and about pumping

I want to wean my babies off of sns but how should I go about doing it correctly? Do I slowly reduce the amount I am supplementing every day? Also I have been pumping after each feeding and I am wondering if I should continue to do so or should I just put baby to the breast more often instead?

I think you have it figured out! Do just as you have said, and watch the diaper count. You want a minimum of six per day per baby. Extra wet or poopy count as two!
