At night, she still wakes up sometimes as many as 5 times a night I would really like to get a full nights rest or at least sleep four hours straight. I don't want to leave her to cy herself back to sleep although I don wait sometimes up to 2 minutes to see if she'll go back to sleep.

Does anybody have any helpful tips???

I keep the bassnet next to my bed. During the night I have to rub her head or her belly for her to fall back to sleep so I'm not up and down all night.

Did no one warn you? Death, taxes, NEVER sleeping a full night again... the three guarantees of parenthood. (Mine's 14 years old and doesn't sleep all night... but neither do I!)

Let dad take wakeups. Trade off.

My 18 month old still wakes. I'd be a mess if we didn't bed share. I make it to bed at 4am after work, so my sleep time is already limited.

I'd just be sure there's no medical reason for it. A friend of mine had a daughter that was waking frequently. It turned out that it was a bladder infection.
