Loved my Avent Isis. Medela is also good.

I got lucky with a crappy first years manual. It is NOT recommended. I only got it because it was the cheapest at target when I was desperate due to a plugged duct.

I had the medela and I liked it. I also had a dr brown one and I hated it. It doesn't work on suction, its supposed to massage the milk out. It never worked for me even though I kept trying it.
