Does breastfeeding make you crave sugar or something? I feel like a crack head right now!!! I literally been eating a entire box of Swiss rolls along with box of fruit roll ups every day for the past week. Or two.

I usually HATE chocolate. I craved spicy foods everyday when I was pregnant with my son (now 4 months ) and now ot seems like I can't get enough chocolate. I think I'm making myself sick.

I just can't stop eating it. I'm never satisfied until I get some.

I don't think it's breastfeeding. I haven't nursed in a long time, and I go through spells of craving. How long past delivery are you? I sometimes crave salt and/or sugar around the time I ovulate.

Chocolate cravings are usually caused by a magnesium deficiency. Try eating more foods that are high in magnesium or consider a supplement like Natural Calm magnesium. It's a powder so yoi decide how much to take--start with a small dose and work up as you need to.

Craving chocolate can mean you're deficient in magnesium.

Here's a link to foods . You can get Natural Calm at The Vitamin Shoppe and other vitamin/health food stores.
