Hate chocolate but I can't get enough!!!

Does breastfeeding make you crave sugar or something? I feel like a crack head right now!!! I literally been eating a entire box of Swiss rolls along with box of fruit roll ups every day for the past week. Or two.

I usually HATE chocolate. I craved spicy foods everyday when I was pregnant with my son (now 4 months ) and now ot seems like I can't get enough chocolate. I think I'm making myself sick.

I just can't stop eating it. I'm never satisfied until I get some.

I think beans and dark leafy veggies contain decent amounts of magnesium.  Do a search for foods high in magnesium.  You can also pick up a magnesium supplement at your health food store.  I would recommend a chelated magnesium supplement for better absorption.  Magnesium oxide and magnesium hydroxide are not absorbed well at all. Take small doses (200mg or under) a couple times a day.  Too much magnesium at one time is not absorbed and has a laxative effect.

You can take epsom salt baths too for magnesium. :)
